You'll need to be a client facing HR professional, with the ability to build relationships with people and a genuine desire and capability to deliver strategic advice and holistic solutions.
Knowledge of all functional disciplines such as recruitment, talent, development, reward and performance is a must, as well as a solid HR background within a commercial organisation such as FMCG, Financial Services or Telecommunications.
