Our client is a fully-quoted international business, which has recently undergone a global acquisition and is now the world's 2nd largest player in it's field. Highly profitable, employing over 30,000 people worldwide with their global presence increasing, particularly in Asia, they are now planning to shape their new future in the UK. With that in mind they are looking to recruit an HR Business Partner to support growth, retention and development of their people.
As HRBP you will report directly to the UK Head of HR who is based in the Head Office in Bedfordshire, but you will support the business directors and management team across the UK, working in partnership with them to put in place a strategic HR plan that includes resourcing, employee relations and the development of talent to ensure that they deliver their business plans in the UK.
To be successful in this role you will need to be fully CIPD qualified with extensive experience of working in a fast-paced multi-site environment. You will need to be able to get to all areas of the UK as well as being within reasonable travelling distance of the HO in Luton. You are therefore likely to be based somewhere in the Midlands and will work from one of the company's local offices.
