A fully quoted international resourcing business has recently undergone a global acquisition and is looking for HR Business Partner to join their team
This role is for a business partner for Operations. The Business Partner role reports to the UK HR Head of Strategic HR (based in Luton) and directly supports the Business Line Director(s) and the wider Management team for Operations.
Purpose of the role: To support one company philosophy and drive profitable growth through one company HR strategy and work with the business in the execution and delivery of business and HR projects whilst providing comprehensive HR support for the management team including resourcing, employee relations, learning and development.
The key aspects of the role are:
*To deliver the HR plan for Operations
*To advise and jointly review/-establish key people processes such as performance management, salary review and job grading, career and succession planning, employee survey analysis, talent management and compensation and benefit changes
*Working with the central resourcing team and line managers to ensure effective succession planning and continued quality of hire at all levels
*To ensure a talent development plan is in place aligned to yearly reviews, business cycle and support creating robust career paths across business line and one company
*Working with the central training team, plan and deliver appropriate learning and development initiatives ensuring this is aligned to the wider business priorities
*To provide employee relations advice and coaching to managers
*To provide coaching and support with managers and clients on 'flex worker' issues and make recommendations to the business on continually improving our offering
*To provide coaching and support to the Director and senior managers
*To oversee and agree any bonus payments and work with incentive schemes
*To work with the central team and critically analyse key MI and make recommendations to improve business performance
*Working with HR Operations to ensure the smooth running processes such as production of salary and other letters, update of the HR system, etc
To participate in, and deliver, HR projects as required
Of graduate level (or equivalent) and CIPD qualified, the successful candidate must have strong experience working as a Business Partner within a dynamic and fast paced environment. You must have a customer focused attitude and be able to demonstrate proven ability of taking a commercial approach to your work. You must have strong experience of driving business needs in line with HR operational requirements.
