HR Business Partner

You will offer a complete Human Resources service to your business ensuring that mangers are able to achieve their business objectives via a supportive people agenda. Key focus for the role will be promoting best practice within value added hr activities such as talent management, retention and performance management. You will influence, advise and support key stakeholders through all issues ensuring that solutions are pragmatic and ensuring that business objectives are met. You will also have to understand the bigger picture and be able to apply this to all HR situations.
This role requires a true business partner; you will have fantastic human resources experience & a qualified CIPD professional. Excellent influencing & rapport building skills are key for the success within this role. Ideally you will have worked with other blue chip organisations & operated as part of a larger shared services environment. You will be skilled at pulling on resources to ensure that the business objectives are met through a transparent effective HR solution. You will also need to be somebody who can challenge the status quo & be able to implement HR solutions which are creative.
Human Resources Business Partner required on a 12 months secondment to support a key areas of this highly complex and focused business.
