Hays Human Resources are recruiting an HR Business Partner for our commercial client in Nottingham.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director driving the HR strategy forward. You will review the current structure and look at ways in which to improve it from a commercial stand point.
As the organisation go through a period of change you will play a key role in managing this transition and the cultural change that goes with it, tackling this in a commercial yet sensitive manner.
They have aggressive growth plans so you will be heavily involved in putting in place a resourcing strategy to enable the organisation to reach its objectives
Learning & development is high on the agenda and you will play a key role in development a Management training programme.
The ideal candidate will have strategic HR experience within a commercial sector, ideally construction, engineering or manufacturing.
You will be commercially minded with strong business acumen, have a can do attitude and be able to listen as well as make things happen
