HR Business Partner - Payroll & Pensions, West Sussex, Full Time, Permanent, salary £30,000 - £35,000 + benefits, ref 904
This is a newly created role which will have responsibility for the overall delivery of payroll and pensions provision for this leading company.
You will manage the interfaces with all external providers to ensure service levels are met. The consistent and accurate delivery of an outsourced payroll service will be completely under your remit, including the provision of payroll legislation and strategic remuneration advice.
You will also liaise with pensions administrators and fund managers in order to provide a pro-active and professional pensions service.
To apply for this HRBP Payroll & Pensions role you MUST be able to demonstrate; previous experience of payroll provision or the management of a third party payroll provider and the ability to maintain a sound working relationship with the HMRC in order to provide advice on all payroll issues. Previous experience of SAP payroll would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
With highly developed communication and interpersonal skills you will be strong leader and team player. You will also need to be very organised and used to dealing with managed contracts.
