The role will lead on organisation development activities, change programmes and leadership development. Reporting into the Director of HR, the role will see you working as a true partner to the business, enabling change, solving problems via development and driving change in behaviour.

To succeed, you’ll have experienced challenging environments potentially across a range of sectors. You may be from an HR Generalist background having undertaken key projects within organisation development or have specialised in Learning & Development.

It is essential you have excellent relationship building skills, communication skills and are customer focused with a good team working methodology. Vision, gravitas, a flexible attitude and the ability to work within a changing environment are all important skill sets.
