The ReThink Group are pleased to be acting as a sole supplier to our public sector, Kent based client. After a major HR re-organisation, our client is looking to add to the team, by appointing two HR Business Partners, one Interim and one permanent. The successful individuals will have come from an operational HR background and have skills relating to Change programmes, Strategy & Planning, ER, Law plus Training & Development. You will have previous commercial experience in the following areas:
1,Providing generalist advice to large, user base organisations
2,Strong Project skills and have the ability to develop and improve business processes and procedures.
The Client is based across a number of locations so it will be an advantage to have access to a vehicle or have a driving license.
