Working for a well known charity and joining a large HR team, this generalist role will require someone who thrives in a busy environment. As a large internal restructure has taken place there is now opportunity for someone to join at a fresh and lively time for the department.
You will be supporting line managers and staff on day-to-day operational HR, providing support on employee relations, recruitment, policies and procedures and various complex ER cases. You will also get involved in ad hoc project work and compensation and benefits which will widen your current skill set or build on your knowledge. This will be a varied busy role where you will need to adjust well to an organisation going through lots of exciting change.
You will need experience of working in a fast paced environment and have strong interpersonal and advisory skills. Employment law knowledge and ER exposure a must! You will need to be someone with the ability to build effective working relationships and work well in an open team environment.
