HR Business Partner

HRBP opportunity partnered to three key business leaders managing operations within the UK and on an International platform. You will be instantly engaged by this fascinating business and relish the chance to play a key role in a new business and HR chapter.

Performing as a commercial HRBP within a relatively new partner model, you will functionally report to the Head of HR Operations, aligned to three Directors with collective responsibility for a population of 300+ FTE incorporating UK employees, expat community, and in-country localised workforces. The common priorities on the HR agenda include; building strategies for the effective management of performance, developing respective; organisational structures, manpower plans, and succession frameworks, with a recognition for niche skills retained, resource challenges and critical planning for knowledge transfer. Working closely with the specialists for employee relations, resourcing, learning and development and compensation and benefits will ensure a cohesive, customer, and solution focused service is delivered.

To succeed in this selection process, you will demonstrate a strong track record as an HRBP with commercial acumen and the ability to influence and coach at the highest level within a corporate environment. Change management will be a strength in your toolkit of experience together with the drive and tenacity to deliver desired results and outcomes. Whilst the travel demands are not excessive, you will be willing to travel and your circumstances will support the flexibility required.
