My client, a global blue chip business are looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team due to a re-structure. This is a brand new role and will give you the opportunity to build credible relationships, implement new initiatives and really make a difference. This is a superb position if you are looking for the next step in your career and looking to work as a business partner in a corporate business.

As the HR Business Partner you will play a key role in providing a strategic and proactive HR service to employees and managers. You will be closely aligned to a diverse client group influencing and providing solutions to managers and employees across a number of disciplines.

You will be providing a mix of operational and strategic support on a range of issues such as performance management, absence, management development, change management and restructuring. You will also be rolling out new initiatives and partnering with senior managers to influence and make necessary changes to meet business objectives.

The client is looking for someone who is career focused and can demonstrate this, if you feel this could be you then this could be a great opportunity. You will be in a great environment and have a good network of people around to help you achieve your goals.

You should ideally be CIPD Qualified or Part Qualified.
