An opportunity has arisen for an experience HR generalist to join a leading energy company based in Swindon, Wiltshire. The role will report directly into the Head of HR for the UK. The position will see you partner a large client group based across the UK providing high quality HR support and commercial guidance.

The role
-Provide day to day HR support to client group on all areas of HR policy and procedure
-Support management teams in their people planning strategy
-Ensure resourcing is executed efficiently and effectively
-Manage global mobility activities
-Develop and manage relationship with key HR stakeholders

The person
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and have previous experience in a Business Partner. A proven track record in resourcing, expatriate management and a good understanding of pay and benefits structures would be a real advantage.
