Reed Human Resources are delighted to be working with our client, a highly regarded north east business, in their recruitment of a HR Business Partner.
This is a newly created role which will report into the HR Director and assist the business during a huge period of change and growth.
You will work closely with the wider HR team and managers across the business advising on all aspects of employee relations including disciplinary & grievance, redundancy, TUPE and organisational change.
You will also lead on a variety of HR projects across the business.
CIPD qualified to at least graduate level, you will be an experienced Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner from a commercial background.
You will be a self-starter, able to challenge and influence at all levels and will be an expert on Employee Relations. HR project management experience is essential.
