An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and established HR Business Partner to work in Bristol for a contract running for 6 - 12 months.
Your responsibilities will include providing strategic advise and support to the senior management team and will involve looking at workforce planning, pay and rewards, succession planning etc.
You will work alongside other Business partners across the organisation and provide a generalist HR service to the organisation including dealing with disciplinaries and grievances , sickness and absence monitoring, and other Employee relations cases.
You will also look at driving performance, particularly through coaching of line managers and support of their capability.
You need to be a confident, decisive and well established HR professional, who is experienced in working with the Business Partner Model.
You need to be pro-active and strategic thinking and capable of working with senior management.
You will be required to undertake some travel although this is not key to the role.
