This is a travelling role for an HR Business Partner to work as an integral part of the management team as you support various offices in this fast paced environment! You will be responsible for HR consultancy and business partnering support for approximately 350 colleagues. You will also be the first point of contact for employee relations issues across the business. You will advise the recruitment team on best practice methods to attract, select and retain new employees and develop and drive performance management initiatives.You must be CIPD qualified with a track record in a similar role and which demonstrates your ability to deliver people strategies and processes successfully.
There is a company car available - you must be prepared to travel at least 50% of your week.
