My client is a leading public sector organisation. Following recent promotions my client seeks two highly skilled Business Partners to join the established teams and play key roles in a very busy business area.
You will be a results driven HR professional able to demonstrate significant HR achievements within fast paced environments of change. You will enjoy utilising a consultative approach and will be happiest delivering business focused solutions within complex areas of change. It is of particular importance to my client that you enjoy managing your own diary and working across multi-sites with varying stakeholders. The successful candidates will enjoy high levels of autonomy and decision making and will be happy working at both strategic and operational levels across multi-sites. Experience of unionised environments will be advantageous, as would exposure to the education or similar sectors. A valid driving licence is essential.
