HRBP opportunity within highly commercial UK HR team that support this leading, dynamic business with an international backdrop in a market experiencing major change.
With a track record of providing first class HR commercial solutions within a corporate, blue chip environment, you will promptly build and maintain partnerships with managers and take a proactive approach to the development of their people plans and strategies. As one would expect, this will encompass resource planning, organisational development, talent management optimising the operating model, and driving the performance management framework. Needless to say, you will act as coach and mentor to managers in day-to-day HR issues across the spectrum.
The HR team is highly respected by the business and their effectiveness is underpinned by their collaborative approach and team ethics. You will welcome HR project work that may include supporting M&A activities, and undertake additional roles throughout the business that will continue to enhance HR in the wider community. The opportunity to deputise for the Head of HR when appropriate is also available.
