A leading investment bank requires an experienced Comps & Bens HR Professional to start ASAP.
You will have had previous experience of implementing new comps & bens projects. The client requires you to complete the implementation of this project, complete with data analysis and amendments where required in the remaining time frame. You will be expected to liaise with heads of business for feedback as well as communicate to the business clearly and concisely the changes, so that the transition is as smooth as possible. You will need to have strong systems knowledge in order to provide reports as required.
You will have strong Comps & Bens knowledge, be able to deliver the implementation of the project on time and work to the highest standards.
Ideally you will have lead a project delivery within this discipline before and be a career contractor.
You will need to have worked in a UK based Investment Bank or financial institution
You will be able to start work ASAP
You will not require sponsorship to work in the UK or have any restrictions to working full time
