The Background

This large consultancy solutions business are searching for an experienced Senior HR Consultant to give a complete operational service to effectively deliver HR advice and training to external clients. You’ll ensure that you market the company on a continual basis and take the business through a process of gradual expansion.

The Responsibilities

The organisation is offering the opportunity to join a consultancy HR arm where you’ll be able to take your client-facing skills to the next step. You’ll also be focused primarily on developing and delivering a variety of HR disciplines for various clients whilst you operate your great knowledge in specialist areas of HR on a day-to-day basis. You’ll also be on the move a lot providing support to the clients, acting as their own internal resource.

The Professional

You’ll need to be willing to travel to client sites, and have the skills in all specialisms of generalist HR. You’ll be desirably MCIPD qualified or working towards it. You’ll be comfortable and experienced in a stand-alone consulting role and working with other senior level professionals.
