An exciting opportunity for an experienced, operational HR generalist to work in a dynamic and complex organisation taking responsibility for the manufacturing sector of the business.
The role will involve working with unions, complex disciplinaries, generalist employee relations and various projects which need to be managed in a fast paced manner.
This is a single site operation reporting directly to the HR Director.
You will need to be results focussed and be able to ensure agreed targets are achieved.
You should have excellent presence and impact, be highly credible within the company and externally accessible and prepared to be involved.
You should be highly people focused, believing people want to do a good job.
You should have a high level of self-control, self-motivation and initiative and have the ability to operate with minimal supervision but know when to consult/inform.
You should have an open and encouraging attitude to new ideas and approaches, be positive, enthusiastic and flexible with an inherent desire and passion.·
You should have a high level of energy and drive and ability to work under pressure and willing to work the necessary hours to fulfil the role. .
CIPD Qualified
Manufacturing experience desirable.
