Background

Well established leading UK consultancy services organisation are currently seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic HR Consultant to identify, recommend and implement service development initiatives.

Role

You will be responsible for meeting with clients to create personnel documentation to meet their needs, in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures. You will provide advice and guidance to clients on a full range of HR issues based on employment legislation, best practice and client requirements. The role will involve travel around the South West area, as you will have to visit clients on their premises.

Person

Ideally CIPD qualified you’ll have extensive experience in personnel and the preparation of contractual employment documentation and be fully conversant with current employment law. You’ll need to be organised and have strong time management skills. You will have previous project management experience with the ability to deliver HR services in a multi-site environment.
