This market outsourcing provider is looking to recruit a HR Consultant. The job purpose is to provide a full HR generalist service to the business. You will need to be fully CIPD Qualified or at least in your final year of qualifying, you will be an excellent communicator at all levels, this is a hands on, proactive role which will be working in the interest of the business.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role will be; a full HR generalist remit, including, coaching and advising managers on Disciplinary and Grievance issues, dealing with any Employee Relations issues, recruitment and other ad hoc duties as and when they arise.
You will communicate effectively with other section members and departmental colleagues as and when issues arise which affect the personnel service in order to maintain service excellence.
