The Background

A successful consultancy solutions business are searching for a dynamic HR Consultant to give a complete operational service to effectively deliver HR advice and training to an external client. You’ll ensure that they market the company on a continual basis and take the business through a process of gradual expansion.

The Responsibilities

The organisation is offering the opportunity to join a consultancy HR arm where you’ll be able to take your client-facing skills to the next step. You’ll also be focused primarily on developing and delivering a variety of HR disciplines for a select client; whilst you operate your great knowledge in specialist areas of HR on a day-to-day basis. You’ll also be providing support to the clients, acting as their own internal resource.

The Professional

You’ll need to be willing to communicate with clients on a regular basis, both on the phone and occasionally through client visits. You must have the skills and experience in all areas of generalist HR. CIPD qualification of at least Graduate status is essential. You’ll be comfortable and experienced in a stand-alone consulting role and working with senior level HR professionals.
