HR Consultant - City of London - £45,000- £55,000 + Benefits

One of the most recognised businesses in Global Banking are seeking to bolster their retail, corporate markets and manufacturing group with the introduction of a strong HR projects consultant.
This financial services institution has a reputation for excellence in advise and execution and continues to develop and expand in the face of a difficult and testing economic climate.

The purpose of the role is to aid the business to meet key objectives through the innovative use of Human Resources by leading, participating in a contributing to a variety of projects. To identify proactively areas where HR can add value and adopt a business approach to HR issues.

The role:-
- Manage and participate in projects, change programs, HR and organisational initiatives across the full spectrum of HR and business activities.
- Effectively provide high quality HR activity and successfully deliver tailor made solutions
- Effectively measure HR Activity and value add utilising MI
- Engage with stakeholders including HR teams, specialists and business areas etc) in support of initiatives

You must have previously gained Generalist HR experience in your career to date, including project development and an understanding of project methodology preferably through a consultancy or Financial services environment. The role may involve some responsibility for Project Budgets, so experience of this would be highly desirable but not essential.
