My client a leading outsourced service provider is looking to recruit a HR generalist to join the team based in Nottingham in this brand new position. Reporting into the Services Manager you will be responsible for the day to day HR function internally within the company looking after employee relations, recruitment & selection, learning and development, advising line managers on all policies and procedures as well as ensuring that the HR administration is kept up to date and done effectively. The other side of this role is to support the Services Manager with developing new HR processes with their own software system to ensure that HR is run as effectively as possible with the 'tech guys' that build the software around your ideals. This is really a role that can be developed around the right person who can offer innovative and practical solutions to HR and for someone that has an interest in HR systems.
Key Requirements:
- Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Strong proven employee relations experience
- Policy or procedure development or project management would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge and interest in HR systems
- Experience within a service or sales driven organisation would be ideal
- Project management skills would lend itself well to the role
