The Background

Worldwide, prestigious blue chip organisation is going from strength to strength and is currently seeking a HR Manager to provide specialist support and an exemplary HR service. The successful candidate will provide a professional, commercially focused and professional HR service by leading the business unit to achieve agreed strategic targets using a partnering approach.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive operational HR service, whilst driving and improving performance across the business. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will partner the business to align HR strategies, policies & procedures and services with current business objectives. You will oversee all operational HR activities. You will provide employee development expertise and support systems to drive continuous learning. In addition to the strategic HR activities you will have an input into Operation HR activities.

The Person

The successful candidate will be Degree and CIPD qualified or equivalent with HR experience gained within an internationally commercial business framework. You will have experience working operationally and strategically with experience partnering the business. You must be a confident communicator adept at developing effective relationships quickly. Applicants must be self-motivated, enjoy working in team environments and have the ability to work off their own initiative in a fast paced, demanding environment.
