HR Consultant-Technology - 12 month FTC - Berkshire - up to £40,000
Working within a market leading blue chip business with a fresh and globally recognised image, the HR Consultant will provide HR leadership within the technology sector. The HR Consultant will work in partnership with the Technology Senior Management Team to deliver credible and timely people and organisation solutions.
This is a varied role in which the HR Consultant will be involved in various HR projects associated with the organisation's growth. These will range from recruitment, restructuring and coaching line managers to managing organisational change and identifying various retention strategies to retain the talent that the business attracts.
Ideally the HR Consultant will be of degree calibre and CIPD qualified or possess commensurate working experience with a strong track record of delivering a generalist role ideally in an engineering or technical environment. You will have strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand business issues, the ability to coach and influence line managers as well as a proven track record of building HR credibility and working proactively with a client group.
