My Client has an opening in their HR team for a HR Consultant to join them on a fixed term basis for 5 months. This role is in a logistics environment and the client is a very well known retail organisation. The candidate will be required to provide a full generalist HR service to over 800 staff on one site. It will report into the HR Business Partner and cover issues ranging from employee relations, training and development, disciplinary and grievance, restructure and redundancy and retention. It is a fast paced environment and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent operational expertise alongside a strategic understanding.
