HR Consultant (systems) - £38,000 – 6 month fixed term contract – West Sussex
Do you understand the importance that reporting plays within a companies HR function? Have you experience in producing information for line managers and board members alike, to use in effective business management? Are you looking for a globally recognised brand and a leader in their field?
We are currently working with one of the UK’s largest organisations to source an experienced systems person to join their team to support the function through a period of change.
Reporting in to the HR Director, systems are used in 2 key areas:
Implementation of organisational effectiveness initiatives which contribute to delivery of the HR strategy
Managing local manpower planning ensuring optimum supply and demand of labour
In order to be successful you should be of graduate calibre, possess good technical HR knowledge and an ability to manage organisational effectiveness programmes. You should have operated at a senior level and have ability to influence senior staff.
