Job: HR Consultant, West Sussex

My client is looking to recruit a highly experienced HR consultant to join their team in this dynamic and exciting position, providing quality practical HR advice and support.

 
Key responsibilities:
- To work with line managers and clients to identify HR needs, and solutions.

- To work with senior staff and Chief Executives on motivating and coaching.

- Provide advice and guidance on a range of HR issues, including: HR strategies, performance management, policies and procedures, employment law and best practice

- Keeping up to date with employment legislation and best practice

- The design and delivery of a range of training courses

- Advise on complex disciplinary and grievance cases.  

 

The CIPD qualification is essential for this role, along with extensive experience providing HR advice and support on all ER issues. The ideal candidate will also have good experience in: HR systems, policies and procedures, recruitment and training design.
