My client is a leading manufacturer in the in their field, not only in size but also in passion for the service they provide to make them a global leader.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to join them for a period of 10 months to undertake an exciting change programme based in Leeds.

This is a senior role within the organisation which requires a credible HR Professional with a strong background in Generalist HR, learning and development, delivering training and undertaking management development work. It is a global change management project hence any experience with change projects would be advantageous. The role is to be working along side their global sales and marketing team hence any exposure in this environment would also be an advantage.

You will have strong experience of working with and developing managers within a fast paced ever changing business environment and have outstanding communication skills and a positive and highly proactive attitude to driving change.
