A Global leader is seeking to recruit for an experienced HR Administrator/Coordinator for their SW1 based offices. This is a permanent position and you will be reporting into a Senior HR Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Administration - to include reference checking, arranging interviews, liaising with management/agencies/candidates
- Managing New Starters and all administration involved
- Absence Management
- Inductions - Probationary period admin, Maintainance of induction packs, First day inductions
- Monthly reports,Diary Management.
- Invoice Administration
- Assist with: Salary review, incentive, talent management
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- HR related Qualification essential
- Excellent Administration skills
- SAP user preferably
