Our client is currently seeking an HR and Development Administrator to join their City based team.
Key Responsibilities;
• Administer internal recruitment process for Fund Management, Property Research and Marketing, supporting the HR & Development Manager as required
• Maintain internal contacts database in respect of new starters and departmental transfers as this feeds the Performance Management system
• Review training requests and secure sign-off from HR Director where necessary
• Book training courses, seminars and conferences
• Follow monthly payroll provider (Ceridian) process for new starters, leavers, changes to Payroll
• Liaise with the business to secure work placements for Graduates and work experience placements for school students
The ideal candidate would be educated to degree level (or equivalent) with excellent IT skills and previous payroll experience.
