Our client is looking for an operational HR generalist to take on the role of HR Director for this thriving fashion brand.
This exciting role combines a mix of strategic planning and project work, coaching and mentoring the board, managing cultural change across the business as well being very closely involved in managing the day to day transactional issues from a commercial perspective.
The successful candidate will already be operating at HR Director/ Head of HR level in a service-orientated environment, preferably with some previous experience of change management and reward.
Salary is £120K + £10K car allowance + Excellent bonus and benefits
