Salary 60-100k + benefits and relocation package

The Business Partner team is responsible for:
• Understanding the unique roles and responsibilities, strategic goals, and business needs of each of their assigned divisions
• Working with senior management within each division to define talent management needs and to design and implement HR programs and practices (e.g., organizational design, workforce development/planning, talent review, succession planning, etc.) that are aligned with and support the goals of the division
• Assisting senior management in developing solutions through organizational development (e.g., restructuring, roles and responsibility clarification, competency development, etc.)
• Facilitating leadership development and key talent retention efforts (e.g., succession planning, coaching/counseling, employee recognition, etc.)
• Advising management with respect to employee relations and performance management issues, with an emphasis on early identification and resolution
• Assisting with implementation and administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices (e.g., performance management reviews, diversity and inclusion initiatives, comp & benefits programs, organizational changes, etc.) in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements
• Providing input in the design and development of company-wide HR initiatives and programs to ensure they are aligned with business requirements
• Partnering with specialized HR areas (e.g., compensation, recruitment, training) to ensure specific needs of the divisions are met
• Gathering and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs at the division level
• Participating in division senior management and staff meetings to ensure an integrated business partnership and strong link with strategy and direction of business
• Conducting investigations into claims of harassment or other company policy violations
The person should
• Be educated to degree level or equivalent
• Have proven success in leading HR strategies for multinational organization
• Have experience in organizational design and change management
• Have Knowledge of the FMCG market
• Have a High level of verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning
• Be very professional – composed, articulate and focused
• Be a strong self motivated, results driven individual
