HR Director required to lead a changing HR team. You will be responsible for a multi site operation working strategically with the senior management team and CEO. You will have experience in a PLC organisation and able to adapt to a fast changing organisation.
The successful candidate will be a chartered member of the CIPD. You will have worked in a large PLC organisation previously. Multi site experience is desirable. You will have worked at a strategic level and be used to an entrepreneurial growth business environment. You will be looking at the organisations HR strategy and building this from scratch.
