A leading financial institution requires an ER specialist to join the HR team in a contract role.
You will be an experienced HR Professional with solid expertise in employment law and employee relations. Generalists with a heavy focus on ER from previous roles will be considered.
You must have had experience in Investment Banking, Financial Services or a Blue Chip Corporate within the UK and under an ER remit to be considered.
You will have a CIPD qualification and be degree educated
This role will cover the full range of ER from hands on case management to reviewing of policy and procedures.
You need to have a notice period of 2 weeks or less
You will be able to work in the UK without restrictions or need for sponsorship
