Our client, a major retailer with operations across the UK is looking for a Regional HR Advisor with a strong bias on recruitment. This is a challenging role which will initially involve travel.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or studying towards qualification and responsibilities will include providing advice and guidance on day-to-day policy, procedure and practice. It is essential that you have experience of end to end recruitment, attraction strategies and have strong planning and organisation skills. At the same time you will work with the management team to formulate and drive through new ideas and initiatives.
