A leading provider of global information and communications is currently seeking to recruit an HR Specialist to provide full generalist support to their Northern European population.
You main area of responsibility will be to assist the HR Services Manager to coach other members of the team and provide a consistent yet local offering to business customers.
This will include:
*Providing advice and support on employee relations
*Drafting policies and procedures to meet the needs of the business
*Participating in due diligence activities
*Participating in the development and delivery of training
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with at least 5 years generalist experience in a high technology environment. You should be an expert in employment law and have a strong customer focus enabling you to provide a full consultancy service to the business.
