My client, a leading outsourcing solutions provider to the Financial Services, has a current requirement for a HR Generalist with an excellent breadth of HR knowledge to assume responsibility for a challenging client group, while providing support to the Senior HR Business Partner on firm-wide HR initiatives.
Key responsibilies
- Partnering with senior managers to provide a bespoke HR service that is closely aligned with short-term business needs and long-term business plans.
- Dealing with all disciplinary, grievance and other matters ensuring that company policy is adhered to.
- Dealing with all aspects of recruitment for own business areas, keeping informed of market trends.
- Responsible for all headcount reporting for department.
- Being aware of employment law changes and advising managers where necessary.
This opportunity would suit a candidate from a fast-paced commercial organisation who is looking to gain greater autonomy in their role while still benefiting from the guidance of a seasoned HR professional. The role is challenging and varied and candidates will need to adopt an 'all hands on deck' approach on a daily basis and not be precious about maintaining a high level of operational HR service.
