About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to provide a full HR generalist support to relevant business and functional areas, operating within organisations policy and procedures and with the support of subject matter experts (SMEs)

Responsibilities include:
·Resourcing: resource planning, interviewing, redeployment, induction, managing contractors
·Development - training plan preparation and review, training evaluation collation, monitoring of training spend, high potential development and succession planning. Manages/conducts employee training and orientation programmes.
·Reward - forecasting and monitoring the salary bill, ensuring pay and benefits are consistently applied and benchmarked where applicable. Assures implementation/ administration of appropriate compensation and benefits programmes at the site (below senior management level).
·Employee Relations - disciplinary/grievance, liaising, consulting and negotiating with Trade Unions as required, advising on employment law / best practice, performance management and managing redundancies where applicable
·Works with Business and Functional leads to plan and implement programmes to meet human resource requirements supporting short- and long-term business needs.
·Ensuring analysis and understanding of HR metrics for the site to drive improvements.
·Reporting status of metrics to the HR Leadership team.
·Identify, initiate, lead and support HR Projects as required
·Development and roll out of HR policy, procedure and process to functions/ businesses supported.
·Supporting the Performance Management and Salary Review Processes


What we’re looking for:
·3rd level qualification \(Degree/HND)- in a relevant subject - Business Studies, Psychology etc
·Hold the CIPD qualification/or equivalent (eg MSc in HR)
·HR experience in a process driven organisation
·HRMS experience - preferably PeopleSoft
·Experience in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes
·Strong professional knowledge
·Experience of HR Metrics
