A Leading Investment Bank, who are specialists within Sales & Trading, Investment Management and Prime Brokerage, seeks an experienced HR Information Systems Associate to support the European HR Group.

This HR Information Systems Associate position role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a busy team, with excellent opportunities for personal growth and development. The Position will play a vital role in the HR department, who are responsible for providing support on all applications and systems and work closely with the HRIS Manager on system related projects. The role is temporary due to extra support required within the department.

As a successful HR Information Systems Associate, you will be responsible for providing core HR application user support, partner with HRIS manager on systems related projects, participate in Year End processes and documentation and process mapping.
You will ideally have solid HRIS Analytical / Project Management experience gained in Financial Services or Corporate environment and good level of organisational and communication skills. Previous experience from an HR professional background is preferable, advanced level of Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and working knowledge of Peoplesoft.
