An HR Manager is required on a full time contract at my Walsall based client for a minimum of 9 months.

The successful applicant will work in a Business Partner capacity to of the clients divisions based in Walsall and undertake the role of HR Lead on Key HR projects & initiatives ensuring targets are met.

Typical Duties Include;

To provide advice and support to a Divisional Management team on all HR related issues, including Organisational Change.

Review, Revise and Develop Policies & Procedures, as appropriate to support the HR strategy.

To assist managers in managing; Grievance & Disciplinary investigations, Sickness / Absence Issues, Clarification of Policies.

To produce Reports & Statistics for any projects under remit

The ideal applicant will have Generalist HR experience in a large or complex organisation managing or leading significant projects with organisation wide impact.
Strong knowledge of employment law & relevant legislation along with in-depth TUPE involvement & experience of consulting & negotiating with unions is essential.
