The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join this groundbreaking organisation at a period of evolution and growth. You will be responsible for managing the HR function for c250 employees across a number of sites, with regular travel.
You will support senior directors in all aspects of Resourcing, remunerations & benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Learning & Development. You will be expected to provide comprehensive and professional advice and support; ensuring strategy meets the needs of the business and organisational transformation objectives.

The successful candidate will have generalist HR experience ideally from a property, insurance or manufacturing background. You will be CIPD qualified or equivalent with a track record of success. The right candidate will naturally be commercially focused with the ability to quickly understand the complex needs of the business and deliver practical solutions with positive impact within short timescales.
