HR Manager required to work within one of the most successful organisations based in the UK. This is a new department and will be responsible for providing HR support to a divisional head. You will have two direct reports so as such be responsible for motivating, leading and performance managing a small HR team. Other key accountabilities will include:
Assisting the HR Business Partner to produce the strategic HR Plan and implement to agreed goals.
Ensuring all policies and practices are implemented in line with SBU and Corporate requirements.
Providing accurate and timely HR statistical reporting, flagging trends and recommending solutions as appropriate.
To action the annual salary review cycle giving advice and guidance to managers as required.
Identifying and participate in continuing professional development activities in line with business need
Participating in continuous professional development in line with business needs.
Deal with employee relations issues and or TUPE.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and have excellent communication, customer service and influencing skills. TUPE and or talent management experience would be beneficial, as would some multi site experience. A generalist background is essential and a background in professional services desirable but not a must. The ability to mange people is essential.
