If  you are seeking a new strategic HR challenge then this could be the role you seek. You will be required to support the Board in ensuring the company delivers the goals of a rolling three year strategic plan, whilst supporting the delivery the corporate vision and values, and to provide leadership and direction across the HR function within the company, whilst ensuring the highest levels of quality and consistency in the treatment of staff. 
 
To work with key stakeholders to proactively identify areas where HR can add value and improve organisational performance. 
To devise, develop and implement a Human Resources and Training & Development strategy that supports the overall business strategy and ensures the people practices are aligned to the business strategy.
Work with the senior management team to establish the requirements for organisational design, integration, development, and reward of employees. 
To develop, implement, evaluate and review a Human Resources strategy that links into the business plan and the people strategy for the business.
To develop, implement and review a strategy for attracting, recruiting and retaining talent within the business and ensuring succession planning and talent management are managed within the business. 
To undertake responsibility for the development, management, review and training of company policies and procedures in line with legislation to all levels of management.
 To be involved in the people strategy relating to business improvement in terms of the day to day operations and performance issues in the company. This will incorporate resource planning, and performance management processes and procedures
To Devise and deliver the company annual training plan in all areas of the business ensuring managers deliver on the job training and HR coordinate external training and product training.
 To develop and manage the company policies and procedures in line with legislation changes.
 To support managers through advice and actions as necessary in Employee Relations issues t& ensure resolution is achieved. 
 To manage the company Compensation , Reward and Benefits schemes ensuring they are accurate and financially viable
To manage the company recruitment and selection policy ensuring compliance with legislation and good practice. 
To manage the Training and development activities including the annual staff appraisal programme and ensure managers conduct the programme professionally, within timescales and complete the appropriate paperwork to be able to develop the annual training plan. 
To manage and ensure all new entrants into the business are thoroughly inducted into the company and their roles by their line managers.
To manage the payroll and Human Resources management information ensuring the information is accurate and employees are paid in line with policy and protocol.
