This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior HR Manager to join small HR department within an International company. The role is based in Bracknell but would require regular travel across the UK as well as occasional travel Internationally.
Your role will be a real mix of operational and strategic and will require you to look after a client base of circa 250 people. As a fully-rounded HR Generalist, your core responsibilities will be;
To contribute to the annual business-planning process at Business Unit level
Act as HR lead on all company HR policies and practices and specifically employee relations  issues
Advising the company on the portfolio of policies, procedures and best practice
Continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and guidelines, including undertaking consultation and negotiation with managers, staff and our unions as necessary
To assist Heads of Department in identifying the HR implications of change management strategies, including providing advice and guidance on the review of structures, consultation documents, implementing the agreed changes and meeting with trade unions and affected employees;
Coach and influence key stakeholders in order to develop their people management/leadership skills
To advise and work with key stakeholders on recruitment and selection
Analysis and evaluation of job descriptions to determine budgetary, structural and organisation factors
