This is an amazing opportunity to join the Head office of the UK's rapidly expanding Bed Specialist as their HR Manager.
This exciting role will be line managing a team of 3 HR Advisors, reporting directly to the Head of HR, supporting an ever expanding team of 14000 employees plus. Volume ER experience is a must coupled with a credibility and ability to quickly get the buy in from management. This role is supporting the Head Office, Retail and Distribution functions with all aspects of Generalist HR. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, based in the Head office in Buckinghamshire.
The ideal candidate will have excellent volume ER experience as well as a great understanding of retail.
This is 6 month interim contract with a strong possibility of it going permanent, paying up to £40,000 + excellent benefits package.
