A HR Manager x2 is required for a prestigious organisation with a global presence. A market leader and highly respected, our client is now looking for two senior HR Managers to facilitate their recent acquisitions internationally. The key responsibilities and accountabilities will include.
Managing the employee relations function.
Ensuring recruitment and retention is in line with company objectives.
Contribute towards group company initiatives across EMEA operations.
Develop plans to cover all regional HR objectives.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and be able to demonstrate international exposure within your HR career. A HR generalist background is a must but importantly you will be reporting directly in the HR Director so excellent communication and influencing skills are essential. Previous people management experience is necessary to ensure your team work effectively. Any previous experience with mergers or acquisitions would be an advantage but not essential.
