You will operate as a key member of the management team, supporting key stakeholders functionally delivering the provision of HR expertise at both strategic and operational levels encompassing all HR disciplines including:
· Full lifecycle recruitment
· Employee relations including: disciplinary and grievance, absence management, performance management, and reward and remuneration
· Policies and Procedures
· Coaching and mentoring on all people issues
· Project work
· Training and Development
· Compensation and Benefits
Candidates will be CIPD qualified with significant generalist HR experience gained within a commercial HR environment. Well-developed communication skills and the ability to gain credibility at all levels will be essential for this position.
